The UITS has academic and scholastic relationship with top grade universities and institutions in Asia as an effort to "Asianize" scholastic resources in the region through sharing and exchanges. On this principle the University  already has link relationship involving faculty support, R & D and student exchange with:

• Siam University, Bangkok, THAILAND

• Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), New Delhi, INDIA

• Christian University (Nursing), Thailand

• Kasetsart University, Bangkok, Thailand

 Negotiations is in progress for similar programs with:

• Chualonkorn University, Bangkok, Thailand

• Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India

• The Tokyo University of Science, Tokyo, Japan
