In recent years
education has moved
closer to occupation and
employment. However, a
man cannot live in an
ethical vacuum that
perils the human aspect
of an individual person.
In today’s global world,
the greatest need is to
restore the “liberal
education” that
recognizes an ever
shifting nature of
societies and
educational objectives
based on humanistic
morality. So, through a
mixed curriculum of
“state of the art”
education and training
for employability, the
University of
Information Technology &
Sciences (UITS) weaves
in “liberal” education
to produce a total
person – a good citizen.
In this endeavor the
UITS is a university
with a difference.
